Preparing for BSG finale

I don't want to depress everyone but that's how I feel right now. Scared, calm and a bit of hopefully.

I feel like the whole BSG era is coming to an end and it just hit me today for the first time.
I know that BSG universe isn't going to disappear, fandom will still be there, and hopefully the wonderful people I got to meet too :)
I also know that some things wouldn't be the same, the anticipation of the new ep and hiatus time will be well in the past - just the long hiatus ahead - and that's normal, that is what is to be expected.
But, still, I'll miss BSG and the things as they are now...

I hope for a new post-BSG era to begin and the fandom to become even more amazing and obsessed than for any other show, ever!

*sobs* If only Tigh hadn't gotten rid of all that booze...must prepare self for epic sobfest...Still *clinging* to that last bit of hope that SOMEONE I love will make it out alive...but just in case RDM decides to off everyone...I'm glad I bought those extra boxes of kleenex:)
